Back to the chopping board - soon-ish.

I know I was supposed to try baking the 2 new recipes taken off "What's For Lunch, Honey?"... but despite the urge to bake, more pressing matters had to be dealt with...

Hence, the short hiatus.

Now that am back in Moscow, things will undoubtedly get more hectic, what with graduation being just around the corner.... However, the awesome fact about Moscow is that time is never really an issue... And the cold does inspire more indoor activities (a.k.a baking!). The presence of my ever supportive and encouraging other half just makes the environment that much better to bake in =)

For now, I've got more recipes I'm itching to try and adapt to Moscow's limited choice of ingredients.
Found Indochine Kitchen and The Little Teochew from Ko Rasoi's delicious blogs list and boy, does she have impeccable taste!

So... this post is more... to remind me of these amazing recipes that are dying to be tested and tried in Moscow's harsh weather (oh, how I overexaggerate =P)
