Brownies

Hmm.. No time to blog nowadays, so will just get to the chase


75-100g butter
100-200g dark chocolate

1-3 tbsp cocoa powder (more if x dark chocolate)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown/white sugar (brown for a more moist texture)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 eggs

*extra : few spoonfuls of milk to soften the brownies - that they 'flow' into the pan

Melt butter n dark chocolate either via double boiler method or nuke them in the microwave for few minutes.

Mix the dry ingredients tog, fr cocoa powder to salt, evenly. Add them to melted chocolate.

Add vanilla extract and eggs.
