Triple chocolate cheesecake

 Adapted from 



Crust
260g crust
50g melted butter

Cheesecake
750g cream cheese
300g (1 1/4 cup) whipping cream
100g (1/2 cup)   brown sugar
30g (1/4 cup)     cornflour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs

150g dark choc couverture
150g milk choc couverture
180g white choc couverture


Use 9" springform pan. Butter whole pan
Preheat oven to  150°C

Blend 2 packs oreo. Add melted butter.
Press into pan
Bake for 15 mins

Mix cream cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla & cornflour. Beat thoroughly. (Beat as much as needed before adding eggs)

Add eggs 1 at a time. Once eggs added, dont overbeat. 

Divide batter in 3. Add the 3 melted chocs into each portion

Pour & bake dark choc mixture - 15 mins in water bath.

Then milk choc - 15 mins

Finally white choc - 45 mins (total baking time 1 hr 15 mins)
